CBE Instructions / Terms & Conditions (Student Must read and follow)

1. Verification of Details

1. Students must verify all details (Paper, CNIC Number, Name, Date of Birth) as per Student CNIC and ACCA Portal.
2. The institute will not be responsible if your exam is not conducted due to incorrect details

2. Exam Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. The last cancellation date is mentioned on your CBE registration receipt (valid until 4:00 PM).
2. After this time, no amendments will be possible.
3. Exam cancellation/extension charges: Rs. 1500.
4. Cancellations can only be processed in person at the campus.
5. Original receipt must be brought at the time of cancellation.
6. No cancellations will be accepted via phone, email, or any other medium.
7. CBE Fee Validity: If a student does not utilize the CBE fee within 6 months of the first exam booking, the fee will be forfeited.

3. On the Day of the Exam

1. Students must bring one valid original (No photocopies or expired documents will be accepted):

   • CNIC/Passport/Driving License

2. Report to the CBE venue at least 1 hour before the exam time.
3. If you fail to attend your CBE, the paper will be forfeited.
4. Students must not carry mobile phones or any electronic gadgets.
   • If found, such items will be confiscated and your exam registration may be cancelled. 

4. Registration Requirements

1. Ensure your ACCA registration process is completed before CBE booking.
2. Your ACCA portal must be active with no overdue balance.
3. Students must appear in 2 Pre-CBE Mocks of TSA before the final CBE exam.
4. Keep your Fee Receipt safe until you appear for the Final Exam conducted by the British Council.
5. Bring your Fee Receipt to appear in the Pre-CBE Mocks.

5. Allowed & Disallowed Items

Allowed:

Stationery: Pen, Pencil, Eraser,Calculator (without case),Transparent water bottle (label removed)

Not Allowed:

Mobile phones,Caps, Any papers (except allowed stationery), Electronic gadgets, Fee receipt during CBE exam (only needed for Pre-CBE mock).
